Birthday Party #2

After Sunday School we drove up to LA to have another birthday party at my Gramma and Grandpa's house. Lots of my family came to celebrate with us!

Birthday Party #1

This party stuff is fun! We started the weekend off with pancakes at the park! Lots of my friends came with their mommies and daddies to play and eat breakfast! Thanks for coming everyone and thanks for my fun toys!!

Happy Happy Birthday!!

I turned 1 year old today!

I had 2 fun birthday parties this weekend and got lots of FUN new toys! Today I went to the doctor...I weigh 20.4 lbs and am 28 1/2 inches tall! I still only have 2 teeth but only want to eat big people food...no more baby food for me!

Not a Fan

I learned last week that I am NOT a fan of loud thunder or hail! I screamed every time I heard it and didn't appreciate mommy taking me outside to watch it fall!

11 Months Old

Can you believe it...one more month and I'll be 1 year old!!


I've been keeping mommy and daddy on their toes these last few weeks! Here are a few of my tricks:

• I crawl all over the place and get into everything!
• I pull myself up on any piece of furniture I can find and walk all around it
• I'm getting pretty quick at walking if someone holds my hand
• I know what dogs and cows say
  
• I love to give Eskimo kisses and real kisses too
• I can say "Da Da" "Ma Ma" and "Ba Ba"
• I discovered it's really fun to hold onto my crib rails and jump
• I have a VERY loud voice and like everyone to hear me squeal when I'm excited!

I Love the Water!!

We have a really fun splash park in our community. The water is pretty cold but it's so fun to splash in all of the fountains!

We had a BBQ with our church last week. Mommy and Daddy had to go inside for a meeting but I got to stay outside and play!

Do you like my silly face? I get lots of laughs when I do it, so now I do it all the time, even in between bites!

Look What I Can Do!

Last weekend was a sad one for mommy and daddy...they had to lower my crib all the way to the bottom so I don't jump out! Mommy is sad because she said I'm getting too big too fast and daddy's sad because he can't reach me to kiss me goodbye in the morning when I'm still sleeping.


I think it's pretty fun though...

...except sometimes my feet slip and I get stuck! (See my legs coming through the crib under the bumper?) Hopefully my legs don't get much chubbier or I might really get stuck :)
